The Idle Free Box is an activity-based lifestyle subscription box.
A person looking to get creative and improve their overall health in their spare time.
Each box will include 6-10 activities that spark our subscribers creativity and motivate physical and cognitive growth.
Yes you can! To purchase an Idle Free Box as a gift, select the package you want and at checkout click "is this a gift" before confirming your order.
Because we must order a specific quantity of items for our boxes, we cannot offer refunds once the orders have been placed or auto renewals have been processed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
THE IDLE FREE BOX SUBSCRIPTION
Yes! To order one box select the Bi-Monthly Plan and cancel the plan before it renews.
We accept: Interact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express - When subscribing to a plan.
We also accept: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay - When ordering from our Shop.
We carry a limited quantity each month. To ensure you stay up-to-date with our inventory notifications please subscribe to our newsletter. We suggest that subscribers place their order at the beginning of the month to avoid missing out!

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Yes! You can opt-in for local pick-up to save on shipping costs! At check-out, select Local Pick-Up in the shipping section before placing your order. The pick-up location is: 2 - 157 Harwood Avenue N, Ajax ON L1Z 0B6.

You will receive tracking information once we have fulfilled your order.
We take extra care while packaging each box to ensure that each item is well received. However, through rough handling in long shipping periods, our box may be susceptible to damage. If this is the case for you, please email us at contact@theidlefreebox.ca with the subject line "Damaged Item" and attach a photo of the item (Within 5 days of arrival). We would be happy to replace your damaged good with a new one!
CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION
I have an account: Go to your account page, select Manage Subscriptions and from there you can cancel your plan.
I do not have an account: Please email us at contact@theidlefreebox.ca and we will cancel your plan for you.
*In order to not be charged for the next months box you must cancel your subscription before the 15th of the month your plan is suppose to renew.
The last day to cancel your subscription is 14th of the month your plan is suppose to renew.
*If you cancel on the 15th or later you will be charged for and receive the following month's box.
Of course you can! Its as simple as placing another order on our Subscribe and Save options.
BILLING + RENEWAL
We charge on the 15th of every other month. If you order the Semi-Annual or Annual plan, you will be charged on the 15th on the first month of each cycle.
When you subscribe, you will be charged immediately for the subscription model you have chosen. Depending on the plan you choose, your subscription will renew either bi-monthly, semi-annually, or annually on the 15th of the month following the end of your subscription cycle.
